Charles Phillips A Model Of Success

When Charles Phillips was working for Oracle, he was first assigned as the company’s Vice President, and what surprised the entire corporation, is that in literally after one year he was promoted to become the President. Because of this, Charles became much eager in dedicating and giving everything he’s got, and for that he stayed with the company for seven years. But Phillips decided to resign from the company on September of 2009, the reason was, he got another job offer from another corporation which is Infor, the place where he became a Chief Executive Officer.

Charles Phillips is a man that is widely recognized not just in this country but also in different parts of the planet, he is the Chief Executive Officer of Infor, a company that is highly specialized in the ERP Software Business Solutions industry. He has superb credentials and his analytical skills and outstanding knowledge in all things Information Technology has led him to become one of the most sought after personalities in the field of business and computers involved. But before he reached this point in his career, Charles had to work his self off in his college years, he required himself to earn more than just one diplomat in order to fully grasp the system of the business realm and everything involved in it. During his college years in the United States Air Force Academy, while he was taking up a Major in BS Computer Science, Charles was very eager to still learn more, thus he decided to study again at the Hampton University right after he graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy.

This time, Charles Phillips Oracle exerted all his remaining years to receive his final diploma from the New York Law School; this is where he got a JD Degree. When he has finished all his academics from the three schools, he was more than ready to see what the outside world has to offer. His first employment came in a breeze, since he has outstanding resume to present to the company, Charles was easily hired as the Managing Director at the Morgan Stanley Group.

Not only did he work in this establishment, he has also spread his knowledge in other companies such as the Jazz at Lincoln Center, The American Museum of Natural History, the Viacom Company and also in Wall Street where he applied for several banking institutions as well. It was in Wall Street where Charles was plucked from working as a Director to becoming the Vice President of the company Oracle.
